CAN’T ACCESS RxFiles?
Make sure you log in with your RxFiles username and password (not Apple or Google login). Access is maintained by logging in at least once every 3 months.
MOBILE APP ACCESS
Download RxFilesPLUS from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Log in with your RxFiles credentials and tap Check for Updates every 3–6 months.
