Richmond Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC)
Richmond has two Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCCs) for Richmond residents to get same-day care (within 12 to 24 hours) for urgent and non-life threatening health concerns. A UPCC is not an emergency department.
