Welcoming New Internal Medicine Doctor in Richmond
The Richmond Division of Family Practice is pleased to welcome Dr. Moustafa Imran Hazin, an experienced internist now offering internal medicine services in Richmond. Dr. Hazin joining Richmond further expands the community’s ability to service more patients in special cases.
Dr. Hazin is a board-certified internist and Co-Chief Medical Officer at St. Vincent DePaul Medical Center in Phoenix, where he has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering comprehensive care to underserved populations. He also serves as a Professor of Internal Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine, where he is recognized for his excellence in teaching, mentorship, and leadership.
With extensive clinical and academic experience, Dr. Hazin’s areas of expertise include general internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nephrology, pre-operative assessments, respirology, adult sleep disorders, and thromboembolic disease.
An award-winning educator and respected researcher, Dr. Hazin has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented his findings at major medical conferences. His scholarly work explores topics such as cultural competence in medicine, quality improvement, and the impact of socioeconomic factors on health outcomes.
