The provincial Health Gateway service provides secure and convenient access to your health records in British Columbia. View and manage dispensed medications, health visits, COVID-19 test results, immunizations, and more. You can also download and print your Federal Proof of Vacination Certificate (PVC) when needed for international travel.

Free Services Through the Richmond Primary Care Network
The Richmond Primary Care Network (PCN) connects patients with a team of healthcare professionals who work alongside your family doctor or nurse practitioner to provide FREE comprehensive, coordinated care.
Support is available for a wide range of health and wellness needs, including:
- Managing chronic conditions with a Chronic Disease Management Nurse
- Receiving support from a Mental Health Counsellor
- Medication reviews and guidance from a Clinical Pharmacist
- Healthy eating and nutrition advice from a Dietitian
- Specialized support from the Seniors Team
- Improving daily function with an Occupational Therapist
- Mobility, pain, and injury support from a Physiotherapist
- Connecting with resources through a Social Worker
- Navigating community services with a Community Link Worker or Community Navigator
- Learning self-management skills through Chronic Disease Group Education

How Pharmacists in Richmond Help Your Family Doctor

You can request interpretation when booking your next appointment with your family physician, primary care provider, or through the Richmond Primary Care Network (PCN).
